IA - Intelligent Automation

Utilizing the IA product line allows Automatic Controls to offer solution-based strategies for your building control needs. Intelligent Automation provides for cost-effective solutions for any size job, future scalability, and hundreds of third-party integrations because of the LONWORKS open protocol.

We carry a full line of LonMark compliant Equipment Controllers (MN50, MN100, MN150, MN200, MN800), VAV Controllers (MNVAV), Intelligent Sensors, and an integration solution called the LON Network Controller (LNC) which allows you to easily integrate the IA product line into your current Network 8000 system.

Using the InVue Graphical User Interface software gives your system full integration capability. InVue is based on Wonderware, the defacto standard for industrial graphical user interface software for many years. Because of Wonderware's broad install base, hundreds of third-party I/O Servers are available, providing InVue with excellent interoperability. Wonderware is an Invensys company.

The LonMark Association is responsible for setting a common group of guidelines for the assurance of interoperability of LonMark certified controls products. Only the LonMark certification guarantees this interoperability. We proudly display the LonMark symbol as a sign of our committment to excellence in this area.

Network 8000

The Network 8000 system is the backbone of many of our controls strategies. Consisting of MicroZone II Area Controllers, Global Control Modules, MicroNet 2000 VAV and Zone Controllers, and MicroFlo II VAV Controllers, the Network 8000 is a proven system with thousands of successful installations.

The SIGNAL Graphical User Interface software is your interface to the Network 8000. The new InVue user interface product is also available for use with Network 8000, allowing for future integration with new systems such as our Intelligent Automation line.

Network 8000 is a 5th Generation Facility Management System, providing a full range of control applications from mechanical room equipment and central station air handling units to heat pumps, packaged units, and VAV boxes.
